通过对15名较高水平的站桩练功者的肌电研究发现,站桩过程中肌电振幅呈现出波浪式变化周期,且周期持续时间出现依次递减现象。站桩过程中这种“波浪式”肌电变化与目前有关文献报导的一般动力性和静力性工作时肌电变化有明显不同。肌电图提示,站桩功可能对发展肌肉工作能力和改善肌肉的血液供应均有一定的作用。
The EMG study of 15 high-level stationed practitioners found that the EMG amplitude during the station-standing process showed a wave-like change cycle and the cycle duration decreased in turn. This “wave” electromyographic change in the process of standing pile is obviously different from the electromyographic changes in general dynamic and static working reported in the current literature. Electromyography suggests that standing power may have a role in developing muscle working ability and improving muscle blood supply.
