在大气压下,通过等离子体放电而生成的离子群可以使细微过敏原失活。我们通过酶免疫分析法(ELISA)和酶免疫抑制分析法(ELISAinhibition),验证了离子群对空气中的细微过敏原所能产生的灭活效果。实验结果证实,如果将这些离子作用于浮游微过敏原上会降低过敏反应,的确有使过敏原失活的作用。同时,我们还进行了等离子对室内空间浮游细微粉尘中过敏原的灭活效果试验,实验结果表明等离子体对细微粉尘中的过敏原同样具有灭活的作用。本技术已被成功的应用到了各种空气调节产品(如:空调器、空气净化器等)上面。可以预见,今后还将会被更广泛地应用。
At atmospheric pressure, ion groups generated by plasma discharge can inactivate the minor allergens. We validated the inactivation effect of ion populations on the allergens in the air by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) and enzyme immunoassay (ELISA). Experimental results confirmed that if these ions act on the planktonic allergens will reduce the allergic reaction, indeed, the role of allergen inactivation. At the same time, we also carried out experiments on the inactivation effect of plasma on allergens in the fine dust of plankton in indoor space. The experimental results show that the plasma also has an inactivation effect on allergens in fine dust. The technology has been successfully applied to a variety of air conditioning products (such as: air conditioners, air purifiers, etc.) above. It is foreseeable that it will be more widely used in the future.
