传统意义上的企业竞争战略是为了打败对手,发展自己,当经济全球化全面到来之际,由于经济的相互渗透作用,企业竞争也发展到了竞争与合作相结合的新阶段。在国内乳业市场竞争白热化的进程中,行业内追求新蓝海和蹊径破局的热情从未消减。同与自己有往来的公司共存荣,是维持企业长久发展的唯一道路;在合作中竞争,在竟争中求共赢。
In the traditional sense, the enterprise’s competitive strategy is to defeat its rivals and develop itself. When economic globalization comes to an all-round end, due to the mutual infiltration of the economy, corporate competition also develops into a new stage where competition and cooperation are combined. In the process of intense competition in the domestic dairy market, the enthusiasm for the pursuit of a new blue ocean and the ambiguity in the industry has never diminished. Co-exitence with companies with whom we have exchanges is the only way to maintain the long-term development of our company; we must compete in cooperation and strive for a win-win situation in competition.
