目的:观察重组人干扰素α 2b阴道泡腾胶囊(辛复宁)治疗宫颈HPV感染的疗效。方法:自2009年12月～2010年12月期间,共有85例HPV DNA检测为阳性患者到我院就诊,我院将以上患者分为治疗组和对照组2组,前者共有64例,为患者所用药物为辛复宁,后者共有21例,暂时不进行治疗,然后对2组的HPV转阴情况进行比较。结果:第3疗程结束观察对第3疗程结束时的统计表明,治疗组有53例患者治愈,3例好转,总有效率是87.5%,治疗组患者的宫颈柱状上皮移位面积得到了明显的缩小,其中有45例的缩小程度可高达50%以上;对照组有3例患者HPV亚型自行转阴,只有14.3%的转阴率,还有1例患者的面积出现了扩大,超过了1/3。2组之间的差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α 2b阴道泡腾胶囊(辛复宁)治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果较好,副反应较少,值得推广及应用。
