随着我国人口年龄结构变动,人员配备过程中的人员招聘、员工培训以及员工考评出现诸多问题,例如招聘时老年歧视现象、培训不合理、考评形式化等都使得组织效率低下。我们要从科学筹备人员招聘、针对性制定培训计划并严格执行、完善绩效考评系统等方面入手改善组织人员配备,提高组织运作效率,积极应对人口年龄结构变动对微观组织人员配备产生的消极影响。
As China’s population age structure changes, personnel recruitment process, staff training and employee appraisal appeared many problems, such as the phenomenon of old-age discrimination in recruitment, training unreasonable, formal evaluation and so on all make the organization inefficient. We should start with improving the staffing of the organization, improving the operational efficiency of the organization, and actively cope with the negative impact of changes in the population age structure on the staffing of the micro-organizations from the aspects of scientific preparation personnel recruitment, targeted training plan formulation, strict implementation and improvement of the performance evaluation system.
