高校体育教师考核工作是教师职务聘任和规范化管理工作的重要组成部分。但是由于教师评价是一项任务艰巨、操作复杂的庞大工程,目前对教师评价的研究甚少,教师评价仍处于一种悬空的状态。完善高校教师考核工作,必须从存在的问题入手,按照教师职务聘任制的要求,把握考核工作的基本原则,改革传统考核办法,科学构建考核指标体系。
College physical education teacher appraisal job appointment and standardized management of teachers is an important part. However, since teacher evaluation is a huge project with arduous tasks and complicated operation, there is little research on teacher evaluation at present, teacher evaluation is still in a vacant state. In order to improve university teacher appraisal work, we must start from the existing problems, grasp the basic principles of appraisal work, reform the traditional appraisal methods, and scientifically construct the appraisal index system in accordance with the requirements of appointment system for teachers.
