基于多点激光器的视网膜病情控制研究

探究了多点扫描激光技术在糖尿病导致的视网膜病变病临床疗效。将60例患者120只眼睛分成了对比和实验组进行分析,每组随机的都为30例患者60只眼睛。对比组通过传统的单点激光治疗方式,曝光时间采用0.3s,实验组分成2组,通过多点扫描激光治疗方式,曝光时间分别采用0.03和0.06s。对患者采用30,100d和200d复查1次的办法观察疗效。疗效结果推断得出显著降低曝光时间(10倍以上)的多点扫描激光对视网膜损害更小,带来的并发症几率更小。实验组的视力能够比对照组提高2.0左右,新生血管荧光素的平均渗漏面积有效比例也有了15%以上的提高。研究结果可以推断多点扫描激光在全视网膜光凝治疗中一种有意义能够改善糖尿病性导致的视力衰退问题,是一种值得临床推广的方法。 To explore the multi-point scanning laser technology in diabetic retinopathy caused by clinical curative effect. 120 eyes of 60 patients were divided into comparative and experimental groups for analysis, each group of 30 patients were randomly 60 eyes.
