我国证券股禀市场交易正在试点,成效显著,形势喜人。上海证券交易所亦已开业。这是我国在新的历史条件下特定的产物,一上来就显示了它的生命力;反映出它对我国社会主义现代化建设的作用。同时也标志着我国改革开放不断深入,开始新的起步。它在我国“八五”计划中占有重要的一页;国际间反响也很大。但问题和困难还存在不少。这是可以理解的。从两个试点城市——上海与深圳来说,他们确实做了大量艰难工作,可以说在曲折中前进;缺乏立法和经验。对股市认识上也还存在不一致。为此,加深认识,从速立法,放手试点,发展成效,就成为当务之急。其中以加深认识和从速立法更须受到应有的重视。 China’s securities stock market transactions are pilot, with remarkable results, the situation is gratifying. From the two pilot cities, Shanghai and Shenzhen, they did a tremendous amount of hard work. They can say they are going through twists and turns; they lack legislation and experience. There is still inconsistency in the stock market understanding. To this end, it is imperative to deepen our understanding, expeditiously legislate, give them a try, and achieve effective development. Among them, more attention and quick legislation should be given due attention.
