人力资源管理一直是企业管理中被普遍重视的工作内容,随着我国构建和谐社会理念的确立与不断深入,使我国企业的人力资源管理面临着更高的要求与挑战,同时也使企业人力资源和谐管理成为了被广泛关注的话题。本文以实现企业人力资源管理最优化为出发点,在对和谐视角下的企业人力资源管理作出简单概述的基础上对企业人力资源和谐管理理论的重要构成部分做出了阐述,同时针对企业人力资源和谐管理的努力方向提出了一些见解。
