目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNFa)在急性脑血管病致全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)发病机制中的作用。方法采用放射免疫分析方法检测69例单纯急性脑血管病患者和32例急性脑血管病致SIRS患者发病不同时期的血清TNFa含量及21例血库健康献血员的血清TNFa含量。结果急性脑血管病致SIRS患者血清TNFa含量明显高于单纯急性脑血管病组及正常对照组(P<0.01),且TNFa含量随病情好转而下降。结论TNFa是急性脑血管病致SIRS发病中的主要炎性介质,它参与了机体的病理生理变化过程,它在急性脑血管病致SIRS的发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNFa) in the pathogenesis of systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) induced by acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of serum TNFa in 69 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and 32 patients with acute cerebral vascular disease and the serum levels of TNFa in 21 healthy blood donors. Results Serum levels of TNFa in SIRS patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were significantly higher than those in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease and normal controls (P <0.01), and the levels of TNFa decreased with the progression of the disease. Conclusions TNFa is a major inflammatory mediator of SIRS in acute cerebrovascular disease. It participates in the pathophysiological changes of the body and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of SIRS caused by acute cerebrovascular disease.
