普伦萨(Princesa)系巴西用NJ56×安娜育出的丰产、优质和需冷量少适于亚热带地区栽培的苹果新品种。该品种果实圆形,果顶有棱似元帅,平均单果重160 g;果实底色黄色,果面全红,属条红型,果面无锈,果肉乳白,硬脆,多汁,风味甜酸。树体健壮,半开张。该品种需冷量与安娜相似,成熟期比安娜苹果晚3~4周,主要是短果枝结果,可以看作是一个半短枝型品种。本品种在风味、质地、外观和耐贮性方面均优于安娜苹果,开始结果也早。摘译自(美)《园艺科学》1988年,第23卷,4期译者:杨有龙
Princesa is a high-yield, high-quality, low-calorie apple variety suitable for subtropical cultivation in Brazil with NJ56 × Anna. The variety of fruit round, the fruit top edge like Marshal, the average fruit weight 160 g; fruit background yellow, fruit red, a bar type, fruit surface rusty, pulp white, crisp, juicy, sweet flavor acid. Tree robust, half-opened. The variety needs cold and Anna similar to the maturity of Anna Apple late 3 to 4 weeks, mainly the short fruiting branches can be seen as a semi-spur-type varieties. This variety is superior to Anna Apple in terms of flavor, texture, appearance and storability, and the results are also early.
