随着全球竞争形势的愈演愈烈,跨国公司人力资源战略调整的方向也逐渐朝着人力资源本地化配置迈进,用当地最优质的人才资源来解决跨国公司的人力资源问题。本文从跨国公司进行人力资源本土化建设的原因分析出发,结合两个公司实际的案例得出了这样做的优势之处,在概括分析了跨国公司实施人力资源本土化的障碍的基础上,对于跨国公司应当如何实施人力资源本土化的建设提出了几点建议。
As the situation of global competition intensifies, the direction of the strategic adjustment of human resources of multinational corporations has also gradually moved toward the localization of human resources and solved the problem of human resources of transnational corporations with the best local human resources. Based on the analysis of the reasons for multinationals ’localization of human resources and the advantages of doing so by combining the actual cases of the two companies, based on a general analysis of the barriers to the localization of multinationals’ human resources, How Multinational Corporations Should Implement Localization of Human Resources Some suggestions are put forward.
