目的 观察小型猪正常腮腺的解剖、造影及组织结构 ,为研究人类腮腺疾病打下基础。方法 对 11只中国实验用小型猪的腮腺进行造影、解剖 ,并在光镜及电镜下观察其结构。结果 造影示主导管细长 ,行至下颌角后下开始发出分支导管 ,上下走行 ,未见副腺体。解剖观察示腮腺重10~ 2 0g ,主导管长 11~ 15cm ,直径 1~ 3mm ,腺体呈三角形位于颌后区 ,未见副腺体。组织学观察示腮腺由典型的浆液性腺泡组成 ,腺泡细胞呈锥形 ,胞浆内有较多小泡 ,酶原颗粒不明显 ,主导管为复层鳞状上皮。结论 小型猪是研究人类涎腺生理及疾病有价值的动物模型
Objective To observe the normal parotid gland anatomy, angiography and tissue structure in miniature pigs and lay the foundation for the study of human parotid gland disease. Methods Parotid glands of 11 Chinese miniature pigs were examined by light microscope and electron microscope. The results of angiography showed that the main catheter slender, line to the mandibular angle began to issue a branch catheter, walking up and down, no accessory glands. Anatomy showed that the parotid gland weight 10 ~ 20g, the main guide tube length 11 ~ 15cm, diameter 1 ~ 3mm, glandular triangle was located in the posterior region of the jugular, no accessory glands. Histological observation showed that the parotid gland consists of a typical serous acinar acinar cells were conical, cytoplasm more vesicles, zymogen particles are not obvious, the main conduit for the stratified squamous epithelium. Conclusion Miniature pigs are valuable animal models for studying salivary gland physiology and disease
