微量元素与人体健康和疾病有着非常密切的关系。近年来，已有不少单位进行探索，但尚未得出一个比较一致的结果。为探讨微量元素的变化在乙肝的诊断，治疗及预后方面的意义，作者对80例乙肝患者血清微量元素锌，铜、铁，锰及其与血清HBV—DNA、HBeAg的关系进行了研究，现报道如下。
