目的探讨采用单纯紫外线A(UVA)为照射光源的光毒性试验的影响因素及试验条件。方法观察了照射强度随照射时间的变化及照射时间对照射野内温度的影响。选择健康成年白化豚鼠 ,以10J/cm2 剂量UVA照射50min观察阳性对照8_甲氧基补骨脂 (8_MOP)的皮肤光毒性。结果照射开始后100min内光强度稳定在3 3~3.4mW/cm2 ,室温18℃时照射100min后照射野内温度上升1 5℃ ,8_MOP具有明显皮肤光毒性。结论该方法可准确测定化学物质的光毒性。具有良好的科学性和可行性
Objective To investigate the influencing factors and experimental conditions of phototoxicity test using simple ultraviolet A (UVA) light source. Methods The effects of irradiation intensity with irradiation time and irradiation time on the temperature in the field were observed. Healthy adult albino guinea pigs were selected and the skin phototoxicity of positive control 8_ methoxy psoralen (8_MOP) was observed under UVA irradiation of 10J / cm2 for 50min. Results The light intensity was stable at 33 ~ 3.4mW / cm2 within 100min after the start of irradiation, and the temperature in the field was increased by 15 ℃ after irradiation at room temperature of 18 ℃ for 100min. 8_MOP had obvious skin phototoxicity. Conclusion This method can accurately determine the phototoxicity of chemical substances. Has good scientific and feasibility
