目的了解舟山海岛城区德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性情况。方法对嵊泗县菜园镇德国小蠊采用药膜接触法测定抗药性。结果嵊泗县菜园镇野生品系德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威和敌敌畏的KT50值分别为11.64、4.12、66.31、12.83和58.38 min;对敌敌畏抗性系数为9.07,属于中抗水平;对溴氰菊酯、高效溴氰菊酯、残杀威和乙酰甲胺磷较敏感,属于低抗水平,抗性系数在0.52~1.77之间。结论德国小蠊对敌敌畏已产生抗药性,应以低抗水平的杀虫剂为主,轮换使用,减少抗性产生。
Objective To understand the resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in the island city of Zhoushan. Methods The drug resistance of Blattella germanica in Caiyuan town, Shengsi county was determined by the membrane contact method. Results The KT50 values of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, acephate, propoxur and dichlorvos were 11.64, 4.12, 66.31, 12.83 and 58.38 min respectively for the wild strains of Caiyuan Town in Shengsi County. The resistance to dichlorvos was 9.07, which belonged to medium resistance level. It was sensitive to deltamethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur and acephate, and was resistant to low level. The resistance coefficient ranged from 0.52 to 1.77. Conclusion Blattella germanica has resistance to dichlorvos. It should be low-level insecticide-based, rotation, reducing the generation of resistance.
