根管倒充填是根尖切除术成功的一个重要步骤,要求充填材料无毒,不能吸收,性质稳定,具有X线阻射性,易成形,且封闭性能好。目前已有多种材料用于根管倒充填,常用的有SuperEBA,IBM,银粉玻璃离子。本文目的是评价银粉玻璃离子植入体与SuperEBA粘固粉行根管倒充填时的骨组织反应。 材料和方法 16只几内亚猪,平均分为两组,实验期分别为4周和12周。局麻下将实验猪下颌骨联合远中部分暴露,钻骨孔,并将实验材料放置在骨孔内。倒充填材料为Ketac Silver和SuperEBA,均放置在Teflon放置器内。在设计的实验期内,处死动物并制备组织切片,经Brown和Brenn染色,进行
Root canal filling is an important step in the successful apical resection. The filling material is required to be non-toxic, non-absorbable, stable in nature, X-ray-resistive, easy to shape and good sealing performance. There are a variety of materials for root canal filling, commonly used SuperEBA, IBM, silver glass ions. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the bone tissue response of silver ion glass ionomer implants and SuperEBA cement powder for root canal filling. MATERIALS AND METHODS Sixteen Guinea pigs were divided into two groups on average, with experimental durations of 4 weeks and 12 weeks respectively. Under local anesthesia, experimental porcine mandible joint distal part exposure, drill bone hole, and the experimental material placed in the bone hole. The inverted fill material is Ketac Silver and SuperEBA, both placed in a Teflon placer. During the experimental period of the experiment, animals were sacrificed and sections of tissue were prepared, stained with Brown and Brenn
