对可疑致病物二硝基蒽醌和二硝化物进行刺激指数和致敏强度测试的结果表明:二硝基蒽醌是Ⅳ级(强)致敏物和中度刺激物,二硝化物是Ⅱ级(轻度)致敏物和中度刺激物。二者均可导致生产工人的接触性皮炎。对蒽醌、二硝基蒽醌和分散兰-2BLN进行动物光毒试验,结果表明蒽醌有较强的光毒性,二硝基蒽醌具一定的光毒性,二者导致生产工人光毒性皮炎的发生。职业皮肤病患者血清IgG、IgE测定结果不高于正常人,因而皮炎发病机理与Ⅰ型变态反应无明显关系。
The results of the stimulation index and the sensitization test for the suspicious pathogenic agents dinitroanthraquinone and dinitrochloride show that dinitroanthraquinone is a class IV (strong) sensitizer and a moderate irritant, and the dinitrides are Grade II (mild) sensitizers and moderate irritants. Both can lead to contact dermatitis among production workers. Anthraquinone, dinitro anthraquinone and disperse blue -2BLN animal phototoxicity test results showed that anthraquinone has strong phototoxicity, dinitro anthraquinone has a certain phototoxicity, both lead to the production of phototoxic dermatitis happened. Occupational dermatitis serum IgG, IgE measurement results were not higher than normal, and therefore the pathogenesis of dermatitis and type Ⅰ allergic reactions no significant relationship.
