该研究采用低强度超声波直接作用微囊藻,其沉降性和凝聚性均得到显著提高,从而有利于进行沉淀去除。低强度超声波是一种温和的除藻方式,经过低强度超声波作用后,微囊藻的细胞壁、细胞膜和类囊体均完整,细胞膜通透性、生长速度和细胞活性均无显著影响;但胞外聚合物和藻青素增多,细胞发生轻微质壁分离,抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量有不同程度提高,其中丙二醛含量极显著增加。据分析,促使微囊藻发生凝聚和下沉的原因可能是微囊藻细胞内含物少量外渗和伪空泡破裂导致,也可能是微囊藻应对低强度超声波的自我保护机制。
In this study, direct use of low-intensity ultrasound microcystis, its sedimentation and cohesion have been significantly improved, which is conducive to the removal of precipitation. Low intensity ultrasound is a mild algae removal method. After low intensity ultrasound, the cell wall, cell membrane and thylakoid of Microcystis are intact, and the cell membrane permeability, growth rate and cell viability are not significantly affected. However, Exo-polymer and phycocyanin increased, cells were slightly plasmolysis, antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde content increased to varying degrees, malondialdehyde content was significantly increased. According to the analysis, microcystin causes coagulation and sinking may be caused by a small amount of microcapsule cells inclusions extravasation and pseudo-vacuolar rupture, may also be microcysts to deal with low-intensity ultrasound self-protection mechanism.
