对10例未放置宫内节育器(IUD)妇女,10例放置带铜IUD(Tcu220C IUD)和9例放置(带消炎痛铜IUD(γcuI IUD)妇女的晚分泌期子宫内膜螺旋动脉进行了形态计量学分析。结果显示Tcu220C组螺旋动脉的平均截面积(Area)、最大直径(D_(max))和最小直径(D_(min))显著增加。γcuI组海绵层螺旋动脉Area和D_(Max)与未置器组无显著差异,致密层Area和D_(Max)增大,但程度小于Tcu220C组。表明γcuI IUD与Tcu220C相比,较少影响子宫内膜螺旋动脉的形态,可能与减少月经量的机制有关。
