依据自然资源利用最优、结构最优、功能最优与生态效益和经济效益相结合的原则 ,对西吉县马营流域内土地类型进行了生态设计与开发。通过 5 a实施工程、生物和农艺措施相结合的综合治理措施 ,取得了显著成效 ,与开发前相比流域内人均水平梯田面积增加 0 .2 1 hm2 ,粮食单产增长 6 9.6 % ,人均粮食占有量增长 5 1 .1 % ,人均纯收入增长 94.3% ,林、草面积分别增长 1 6 9.5 %和 95 .7% ,土壤侵蚀模数下降 81 .2 % ,牧业生产也有了较大发展。
Based on the principle of optimal use of natural resources, optimal structure, optimal function, combination of ecological benefits and economic benefits, the ecological design and development of land in Maying Valley in Xiji County was conducted. Significant results have been achieved through five years’ comprehensive management measures combining engineering, biological and agronomic measures. Compared with the pre-development level, the average per capita terraced area in the river basin increased by 0.21 hm2, grain yield increased by 6 9.6%, and grain per capita possession The amount of forest and grass increased by 16.5% and 95.7% respectively, and the modulus of soil erosion decreased by 81.2%. The livestock production also had a great development.
