研究了金属材料在磁致伸缩腐蚀试验中对空泡腐蚀破损过程的影响。通过利用系数定量地判定空泡腐蚀破损,得到了如下的结果。 1)振幅和试样直径对腐蚀率有明显的影响,但对破损过程没有影响。试验液的温度和PH值(溶液的腐蚀性),频率和予变形对破损过程和腐蚀速率两者都有影响。 2)磁致伸缩空泡腐蚀试验是十分可行的,它可以用需要的任何机理造成金属破损。
The effect of metal material on the cavitation erosion process in magnetostrictive corrosion test was studied. By using the coefficient to quantitatively determine cavitation corrosion damage, the following results were obtained. 1) The amplitude and sample diameter have a significant effect on the corrosion rate, but have no effect on the fracture process. The temperature and pH of the test solution (solution corrosivity), frequency and pre-deformation have an effect on both the damage process and the corrosion rate. 2) Magnetostriction cavitation corrosion test is very feasible, it can use any mechanism needed to cause metal damage.
