预调内力设计是在复杂空间钢结构的设计中针对不同建筑造型的特点,采取施加预应力、部分杆件(杆件集合)后装以及组合运用这两种措施来调节空间钢结构杆件内力的方法,使空间钢结构的内力在杆件中分布得更加均匀、传力更加合理,从而更好地实现建筑造型、使结构更加安全,同时降低造价。介绍了预调内力设计的思路、设计流程、实现措施、适用于预调内力设计的分析方法以及对施工的要求。以扬州体育公园体育场西看台罩篷为例,详细介绍了组合运用施加预应力和部分杆件(杆件集合)后装的方法的设计过程和实施效果,实例说明预调内力设计方法可以达到调整杆件内力、增加结构安全度、改善结构性能等效果。
