简单地说“执行”就是将战略转为战术,也可以说“执行”就是将思想变成行动。实践证明,企业成功20%的因素在于战略规划,80%的因素取决于战术执行力。因此企业在作好战略规划的同时,更重要的是培养企业对战略规划的执行力。清晰的目标是执行的前提,科学的制度是执行的保障,优秀的领导是提升执行力的关键,而突破管理瓶颈、提升企业执行力的渠道则是我们需要思考和研究的问题。
Simply put, “Executive” is the strategy into tactics, it can be said “Executive ” is the idea into action. Practice has proved that 20% of the business success factor lies in strategic planning, 80% of the factors depends on the tactical execution. Therefore, enterprises make good strategic planning at the same time, more importantly, to cultivate the implementation of the strategic planning of enterprises. Clear objectives are the premise of implementation, the scientific system is the guarantee of implementation, excellent leadership is the key to enhance the execution ability, and break through the management bottlenecks and enhance the channel of enterprise execution is what we need to think and study.
