目的:测定复方盐酸万乃洛韦滴眼液中盐酸万乃洛韦和氧氟沙星的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为AlltimaC8柱;流动相为0.02mol·L-1,磷酸二氢钾乙腈(4∶1);流速为1ml·min-1;检测波长为250nm。结果:盐酸万乃洛韦和氧氟沙星的回收率分别为99.4%,RSD=0.98%;100.2%,RSD=0.57%。结论:方法快速,准确,可作为该制剂的质控标准
Objective: To determine the content of valacyclovir hydrochloride and ofloxacin hydrochloride in the compound valacyclovir hydrochloride eye drops. Methods: Alltima C8 column was used as mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile (4:1). The flow rate was 1 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results: The recoveries of valacyclovir hydrochloride and ofloxacin were 99.4%, RSD = 0.98%, 100.2%, RSD = 0.57%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate and can be used as the quality control standard of this preparation
