跨海大桥整体的设计服役寿命要求为100~120年,大桥的腐蚀防护与耐久性问题将非常关键。而大桥所处地质、气候和海洋环境等自然条件十分苛刻,作为大桥的基础-大口径超长钢管桩长期处在高温、高湿、高盐的苛刻腐蚀环境中,如何选用可靠、经济的综合重防腐手段是必须慎重调研和研究的。经过调查研究对比,提出了高性能涂层与牺牲阳极联合防腐方法,并从技术可行性方面系统地介绍了应用于海洋不同区域的高性能改性熔融结合环氧粉末涂料和涂装工艺,计算了采用不同方法涂装熔融结合环氧涂层时牺牲阳极的数量和安装施工的要点,最后对整体的联合防腐方法进行了经济效益分析,从中得出最佳防腐方法的合理性和长效性。
