对水雷腐蚀失效舱体和原始板材、模拟退火板材的金相组织进行了对比检验分析。分析认为,工艺过程不合理将致使舱体材料金相组织发生变化,最终导致的腐蚀失效主要形式为剥落腐蚀、晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀。为确保水雷舱体服役期寿命,应从加工工艺和技术设计上进行综合治理,如采取降低焊接残余应力,增加具有防腐防污功能的涂层体系等措施。
The mined structure of mined corrosive failure and the original plate and simulated annealing plate were compared and analyzed. Analysis shows that the unreasonable process will lead to changes in the microstructure of the pod material, the ultimate cause of corrosion failure in the main form of exfoliation corrosion, intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion. In order to ensure the service life of the nautical module, comprehensive treatment should be carried out from the aspects of the processing technology and technical design, such as adopting measures to reduce the welding residual stress and increase the coating system with anti-corrosion and anti-pollution functions.
