由于当今新闻纸机速度已达到1220m/min,需要一个能长期稳定的高精度速度控制分部传动系统,造纸公司和电气传动设备制造厂两家显然要满足造种需求。本文系叙述一种应用微处理机这一基本技术的数字控制纸机传动系统成功的设计和运行,还介绍了目前已能应用数字式速度控制系统的另外一些性能。
As today’s newsprint machine speed has reached 1220m / min, a long-term, stable, high-precision speed control segment drive system is needed. Two papermaking companies and electrical transmission equipment manufacturers obviously need to meet their needs. This article describes the successful design and operation of a digitally controlled paper machine drive system using the basic microprocessor technology. It also describes some of the other features that have made it possible to implement digital speed control systems today.
