用不完全双列分析法研究了陆地棉(Gossypium hirutum L.)抗病及丰产优质亲本的主要纤维品质性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力及遗传效应。在7个亲本材料中,无蜜腺材料1073—166和耐黄萎病材料8010,抗枯萎病品种川73—27对单纤强力和断裂长度的一般配合力较高,各品种对细度的一般配合力均低。纤维细度的特殊配合力以8010×7231-6-2-7特殊配合力最高。断裂长度以86-1×81—Ⅳ—15组合最好。细度的真实遗传力较低,单纤强力的遗传传递能力较强。
Incomplete double-row analysis was used to study the general combining ability, special combining ability and genetic effect of the main fiber quality traits of Gossypium hirutum L. resistant and high yielding parents. Among the seven parent materials, the non-nectary materials 1073-166 and Verticillium wilt resistance material 8010, the resistant variety FH73-27 had a higher general combining ability with single fiber strength and breaking length, The general cooperation is low. The special combination of fiber fineness 8010 × 7231-6-2-7 with the highest special combining ability. The fracture length is best for the combination of 86-1 × 81-Ⅳ-15. Fineness of the true heredity is low, single fiber strong ability of genetic transmission.
