本文运用C3b致敏酵母菌测定红细胞免疫粘附功能(RCIA)及循环免疫复合物(CIC)试验,对经天花粉治疗的艾氏腹水癌小鼠做出评价,以期进一步研究天花粉抗肿瘤功效。艾氏腹水癌瘤源 由上海医药工业研究院提供。选择接种第7d生长良好的腹水癌细胞,天花粉组和肿瘤组小鼠腹腔接种0.2ml(5×10~5细胞)癌细胞悬液,正常组小鼠腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。
In this paper, C3b-sensitized yeasts were used to determine the red cell immune adhesion function (RCIA) and circulating immune complex (CIC) test, and evaluation was made on the mice treated with trichosanthin-treated Ehrlich ascites carcinoma to further study the anti-tumor efficacy of trichosanthin. Ehrlich’s ascites carcinoma origin is provided by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute. Inoculated with ascites cancer cells that grew well on the 7th day, mice in the trichosanthin group and tumor group were inoculated intraperitoneally with 0.2 ml (5×10~5 cells) of cancer cell suspension, and normal mice were injected with an equal volume of saline in the abdominal cavity.
