近年来由于诊疗水平的日益提高,多发性骨髓瘤(简称骨髓瘤)在临床上已不罕见。但因其临床表现多样,许多病人在诊断过程中经历了比较曲折的过程。现将本院1966年至1982年底收治住院,资料完整的36例(男25例、女11例)的诊断过程予以分析,以期提高认识。一、首发症状以骨病最多占23例(63％),疼痛部位依次为:腰痛(8例)、肩背痛(7例)、膝关节痛(5
