根据番茄溃疡病菌(Clavibacter michiganensis subsp.michiganensis,cmm)的一段特异致病基因pat-1序列,按照锁式探针的设计原理设计探针和扩增引物,优化系列反应条件,建立了特异性的cmm超分支滚环扩增技术。实验结果表明该检测技术能够从供试的10种菌中特异性地检出番茄溃疡病菌,检测灵敏度高,DNA最低检测浓度为500 fg/μL。
According to the pat-1 sequence of a specific disease-causing gene of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Michiganensis (cmm), probes and primers were designed according to the design principle of the lock probe.
