有效教学是指教师通过课前科学有效的预设,在教学中投入最少的时间、精力,取得最好的教学效果。目前,农村学校面临生源短缺的窘境,提高教学质量是农村学校走出困境的唯一途径,有效的课堂是提升教学质量的关键,那么在农村学校开展有效教学的相关研究显得尤为重要。我所教的班级只有三名学生,由于学生基础、能力方面的差异,可以分出好的、差的两个层次,在课前备课、上课时就要充分预设到这三个学生差异。在多年的数学教学工作中,我深切地体会到课前备课、课中教学方法与学习方式的选择与运用,对于有效教学是很重要的。本人在学习前人相关研究成果的前提下,结合自己在工作中的感受,就如何进行农村初中数学教学有效性研究,谈一下自己的认识与做法。
Effective teaching refers to the teacher pre-class scientific and effective pre-set, teaching in the least time and effort, to obtain the best teaching effect. At present, rural schools are faced with the shortage of students and improve the quality of teaching is the only way for rural schools out of the woods. Effective classrooms are the key to improving teaching quality. Therefore, it is very important to carry out effective teaching in rural schools. I teach only three students in classes, due to differences in students’ basic skills, can be divided into good and bad two levels, prepare lessons before class, the class must be fully preset to the three differences. In the years of mathematics teaching, I deeply understand the lesson preparation, teaching methods and learning methods of choice and use, effective teaching is very important. On the premise of learning the related research results of predecessors, I will discuss how to carry out the research on the effectiveness of mathematics teaching in rural junior high schools, and discuss my own understanding and practice.
