作者报告一例由脑动脉造影所致的非惊厥性癫痫状态的病例,既往未曾报道。男性,64岁,右利手。入院前7日,病人在觉醒状态下感理解言语困难及言语表达能力下降,CT 示左颞顶有一梗塞灶。入院前1月,病人出现左侧面瘫及左上肢乏力,症状于72小时后大部分缓解。复查CT 示右顶区有一新近发生的梗塞灶,以双侧脑梗塞入院。既往无癫痫等神经系统疾患史。入院体检:神清,轻度言语理解障碍,无构音困难及命名不能,颅神经及运动检查正常。CSF 常规、生化检查正常,性病相关试验阴性,梅毒血浆反应索快速试验(serum rapid plasma
The authors report a case of non-convulsive epileptic condition caused by cerebral arteriography, which has not been reported previously. Male, 64, right hand. On the 7th day before admission, the patient felt difficulty in speech and verbal expression decreased in the awakening state. CT showed an infarct in the left temporal crest. January before admission, the patient showed left facial paralysis and left upper limb weakness, the symptoms were mostly relieved after 72 hours. Review of the right top of the CT showed a new infarction occurred, to bilateral cerebral infarction admission. No past history of epilepsy and other nervous system disorders. Admission medical examination: Shen Qing, mild speech comprehension disorders, no articulation difficulties and naming can not, cranial nerves and motor examination was normal. CSF routine, normal biochemical tests, sexually transmitted diseases-related tests negative, syphilis plasma rapid test (serum rapid plasma
