本文介绍了对加速度计作冲击和振动校标的两种现代技术。严格说来,这两种技术是真正的或者完全的动态校准技术。此技术是通过对加速度计的比较校准试验,在试验中采用付里叶变换的方法,将加速度计的响应转换到频率域,从而得到被校加速度计系统的传递函数。这就使在感兴趣的频率范围内,同时获得了幅度和相位校准两种数据。为了说明问题方便起见,本文简要涉及了当前通用的校准技术中存在的问题,着重阐述本校准技术的原理,方法及其应用。
This article presents two modern techniques for calibrating accelerometers for impact and vibration calibration. Strictly speaking, these two technologies are true or completely dynamic calibration techniques. The technique is based on the comparative calibration test of the accelerometer. In the experiment, the Fourier transform method is used to convert the response of the accelerometer to the frequency domain to obtain the transfer function of the accelerometer system. This allows both the amplitude and phase calibration to be obtained at the same time in the frequency range of interest. In order to illustrate the problem convenient, this paper briefly covers the problems existing in the current common calibration techniques, and focuses on the principle, method and application of this calibration technique.
