为了检验直径500毫米以下的分度盘梯形定位槽的间距,苏联莫斯科磨床厂研制了一种半自动检验仪(见附图)。该检验仪的测量装置配有两个浮动式球形测量头1,当测量头进入待检分度盘11的定位槽时,便与槽子的两侧接触,自动对准槽子轴线,即测量头小球的轴线与槽子轴线重合。该测量装置附有的两个感应式传感器,由于其测得的读数相加,所以测量时不要求对分度盘进行准确的角度定位。
In order to test the pitch of the trapezoidal positioning grooves of the index plate below 500 mm in diameter, a semi-automatic tester was developed by the Soviet Union Moscow Grinder Plant (see attached figure). The measuring device of the tester is equipped with two floating spherical measuring heads 1.
