把MS培养基的各种盐和蔗糖用量减半,辅加BA0.25ppm,IAA0.5ppm及可溶干酪素150ppm做成的培养基,接种近成熟或已成熟山里红种子的种胚,置25~30℃恒温和1000~1500Lux光照的培养室中培养。接种种胚的分化率为84.5%。一枚种胚经10个月的培养、增殖,获得无根绿苗1600多株。把MS培养基的各种成分的用量减半,辅加IBA1.5ppm做成生根培养基,接种3厘米以上的种胚分化苗,生根率为84 .2%。健壮的生根苗,通过砂培过渡3周左右,转至土壤培养,成活率达57.1%。这将为山楂生产快速提供砧木,解决育苗难的问题提出一条有希望的途径。
