以专业设计院转型设计施工总承包的财务管理实务为研究对象,运用经验总结、描述性研究等定性方法探讨专业设计院在合同管理、预算与成本费用管理、业务外包与招投标管理等方面常遇到的问题,分析其可能的财务风险和改进方向,提出专业设计院在转型设计施工总承包过程中应注重内控制度建设与执行、相关管理人才的引进与培养。
This paper takes the financial management practice of transformation design and construction general contracting of professional design institute as the research object and applies the qualitative methods such as summing up experiences and descriptive studies to discuss the relationship between professional design institutes in terms of contract management, budget and cost management, business outsourcing and bidding management Problems encountered, analyze its possible financial risks and improve its direction. It is suggested that professional design institutes should pay attention to the construction and implementation of internal control system and the introduction and cultivation of relevant management talents in the process of transformation design and construction general contracting.
