通过对20例关节内游离体进行不脱钙切片，并做苏木精—伊红、胶原纤维、粘多糖染色。通过普通光镜及偏振光镜观察．游离体均是由滑膜软骨化生及骨化生的骨软骨瘤。它的形成与关节内慢性炎症有密切关系。讨论由间充质细胞形成软骨化生，后形成骨化生以及由纤维细胞形成骨化生的可能性。
Twenty non-decalcified sections of intra-articular intima were stained and hematoxylin-eosin, collagen fibers and mucopolysaccharide were stained. Through ordinary light and polarized light microscope observation. Free body are synovial cartilage metaplasia and ossification of osteochondroma. Its formation and intra-articular chronic inflammation are closely related. Discussed the formation of mesenchymal cells of chondrocytes, the formation of ossification and fibroblasts ossification of the possibility.
