钛及钛合金具有很高的化学活性,在高温下,钛与各种气体及常用的耐火材料均会发生反应,形成的富氧α层硬度高、塑性低,影响到铸件的疲劳性能、断裂韧性和冲击性能,使钛及钛合金铸件在继续变形或受力时导致表面开裂、塑性降低。本文对不同污染层厚度去除的酸洗工艺进行探讨,以期达到均匀地去除表面污染层的目的。
