目的观察托敷锌-生物皮治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤疗效。方法选择110例深Ⅱ度烧伤创面清创纱布拭干后,托敷锌-生物皮直接覆盖创面,无菌辅料包扎,与对照组凡士林纱布包扎创面进行对比。结果治疗组创面自然愈合率98%,明显优于对照组自然愈合率75%(P<0.05)。结论托敷锌-生物皮治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面使用安全、无毒、防止深Ⅱ度创面早期加深、促进创面愈合、疗效确切,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Tissue Zinc - Bioderma on the treatment of deep second degree burn. Methods A total of 110 cases of deep second degree burn wound debridement gauze were used to dry the wounds. The wounds were covered with zinc - biological skin, and the wounds were aseptically infused with sterile dressing. The wounds were compared with those of the control group. Results The healing rate of wounds in the treatment group was 98%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of zinc coated bioabsorbable skin in the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds is safe and nontoxic, preventing early deepening of deep second-degree wounds and promoting wound healing with definite curative effect.
