从1984年起运用面神经监测器研究了121例行听神经瘤切除手术并在术中行面神经监测的病人,其中44例病人有完整的分析资料。这44例中,29例病人行听神经瘤全切除,15例次全切除或近全切除术。25例是经迷路径路,19例经乙状窦后径路。肿瘤大小从4mm～6.3cm。每个病例在手术中都保存了面神经的连续性。术中面神经监测使用的是Silverstein面神经监测/刺激仪S8型和Brakmann肌电图监测器(EMG)。
From 1984 onwards, facial nerve monitors were used to study 121 patients who underwent acoustic neuroma resection surgery and who underwent facial nerve monitoring during surgery. Of the 44 patients, there was a complete analysis of the data. In these 44 cases, 29 patients underwent total excision of neuroma, 15 subtotal or near total resection. 25 cases were lost pathways, 19 cases of sigmoid sinus posterior path. Tumor size from 4mm ~ 6.3cm. Facial nerve continuity was preserved in each case during surgery. Intraoperative facial nerve monitoring was performed using the Silverstein Facial Nerve Monitor / Stimulator Model S8 and Brakmann Electromyography Monitor (EMG).
