本文以Cobb-Douglas生产函数、SIPOC模型、波特五力模型为基础,以电能需求为纽带,通过深入研究电力企业内部电能需求与人才需求之间的传导方式、产生和影响电能需求的外部因素,考查从国民经济和社会发展目标到电力人才需求的逻辑关系,建立了宏观经济政策和微观人才需求之间关系的逻辑模型——电力人才需求的形成机制模型。该模型为进一步分析电力人才的数量需求和质量需求提供了建模的逻辑框架,为电力行业的人力资源规划、开发和管理,提供了一个新的思路和方法。
Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, SIPOC model and Porter five forces model, this paper takes the demand of energy as a link and studies the external factors that affect the demand of electric power by deeply conducting the conduction between the electric power demand and the demand of the electric power enterprise , Examining the logical relationship between the objectives of national economy and social development and the demand for power professionals and establishing a logical model of the relationship between macroeconomic policies and the demand of micro-talents - the formation mechanism model of demand for power professionals. The model provides a logical framework for further analysis of quantity and quality requirements of power professionals, and provides a new idea and method for human resources planning, development and management in power industry.
