研究了钙离子和硫代硫酸根离子对Ni-Cu矿石浮选的影响。在用钢磨机磨矿后在正常pH下 ,一些离子可以改善硫化矿物的浮选。特别是在磨矿机铁的电池效应起作用时 ,钙离子可以活化硫化镍和硫化铜的浮选。紫外 /可见光谱测定结果表明 ,钙离子提高了黄药在硫化矿物表面上吸附量。硫代硫酸根离子的作用却不同。由此可知 ,硫代硫酸根离子降低了亲水化合物对硫化矿物的影响 ,从而改善了硫化矿物的可浮性。
The effects of calcium ion and thiosulfate ion on the flotation of Ni-Cu ore were studied. Some ions can improve flotation of sulphide minerals at normal pH after grinding with a steel mill. Especially when the battery effect of the iron in the miner works, calcium ions can activate the flotation of nickel sulphide and copper sulphide. UV / Vis spectroscopy results show that calcium ions increase the adsorption capacity of xanthate on sulphide minerals. The role of thiosulfate ion is different. Thus, thiosulfate ions reduce the impact of hydrophilic compounds on sulphide minerals, thereby improving the buoyancy of sulphide minerals.
