目的:通过体外试验,探讨RGD偶联吉西他滨白蛋白纳米粒(RGD-BSANP-GEM)对胰腺癌细胞株BxPC-3的体外增殖的抑制作用。方法:以人胰腺癌细胞株BxPC-3为研究对象,分为5个给药组:BSANP对照组、RGD-BSANP组、BSANP-GEM组、GEM原药组、RGD-BSANP-GEM组。运用MTT法检测给药后24 h、48 h和72 h的增殖抑制率。结果:BSANP-GEM组细胞抑制率高于GEM组(P<0.05),RGD-BSANP-GEM组细胞抑制率高于BSANP-GEM组。同时RGD-BSANP-GEM组对胰腺癌细胞株的抑制率与给药浓度和作用时间呈正相关。结论:体外RGD环肽能够增加BSANP-GEM对胰腺癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。
AIM: To investigate the inhibitory effect of RGD-BSANP-GEM on the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cell line BxPC-3 in vitro. Methods: The human pancreatic cancer cell line BxPC-3 was divided into five groups: BSANP control group, RGD-BSANP group, BSANP-GEM group, GEM original drug group and RGD-BSANP-GEM group. MTT assay was used to detect the proliferation inhibition rate at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after administration. Results: The cell inhibition rate in BSANP-GEM group was higher than that in GEM group (P <0.05). The cell inhibition rate in RGD-BSANP-GEM group was higher than that in BSANP-GEM group. At the same time, the inhibitory rate of RGD-BSANP-GEM group on pancreatic cancer cell lines was positively correlated with the concentration and duration of action. Conclusion: RGD cyclic peptide can increase the inhibitory effect of BSANP-GEM on the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cells in vitro.
