目的评估健康教育在碘缺乏病(IDD)防治工作中的作用。方法 2009-04/10,对都匀市碘缺乏病防治健康教育项目乡镇中心完小部分小学生和家庭主妇进行IDD知识和行为健康教育干预,干预前后进行问卷调查,并对健教效果进行评估。结果健康教育干预前后分别调查小学生180人、家庭主妇90人,学生IDD知识知晓率由58.15%上升到91.11%,健康相关行为正确率由12.2%上升到82.2%;家庭主妇知晓率由57.78%上升到94.81%,健康相关行为正确率由77.8%上升到100%。结论在小学生和家庭主妇中开展IDD健康教育干预效果明显,干预后IDD相关知识明显提高。
Objective To assess the role of health education in the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders (IDDs). Methods From April 2009 to October 10, IDD knowledge and behavioral health education interventions were conducted on a small number of primary schoolchildren and housewives in the township center of Duyun City for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. A questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the intervention and the effect of health education was evaluated. Results Before and after health education intervention, 180 primary school students and 90 housewives were investigated. The awareness rate of IDD knowledge increased from 58.15% to 91.11%, and the correct rate of health-related behaviors rose from 12.2% to 82.2%. The awareness rate of housewives increased from 57.78% To 94.81%. The correct rate of health-related behaviors rose from 77.8% to 100%. Conclusion The effect of IDD health education intervention on primary school students and housewives is obvious, and the related knowledge of IDD is obviously increased after the intervention.
