第斯多惠说过:“教学的艺术不在于传授的本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”下面的几则故事,只是我上学年与孩子们相处的几个片段,在与这帮“小皇帝、小公主”过招的同时,我也增加了自己的职业幸福感,增长了教育智慧。做完作业干什么?每节数学课末,总要留有一定时间让学生完成作业。但学生完成作业的速度快慢不一,往往有一些学生先完成,还有些学生仍在做。先完成作业的学生会闲聊,很少自觉复习预习,虽说声音不大,但也会影响还没做完作业的学生。遇到这种情况,一般我会很严厉地批评他们:
