在PET上一项新的、非常重要的开发被运用于“美感”织物中,这类纤维最初被日本发明家命名为新合纤。双收缩丝(BSY)生产中大部分使用的是低速工艺,通过机械混合2种或更多的不同沸水收缩率的纤维而制得。这种机械混合是通过空气引导重复连续交缠混纤,加捻混纤或沿纤维长度方向并捻混纤而实现的。
A new and very important development on PET was applied to the “Aesthetic” fabric, which was originally named the new synthetic fiber by a Japanese inventor. Most of the production of double-shrink yarn (BSY) is made using a low-speed process, which is made by mechanically mixing two or more kinds of fibers with different boiling water shrinkage. This mechanical mixing is achieved by air-entraining repeatedly and repeatedly entangling the fibers, twisting the fibers or twisting the fibers along the length of the fibers.
