研究木聚糖酶预浸渍对光叶楮木片P-RCAPMP制浆性能的影响。结果表明:在H2O2和NaOH用量均为5.0%的条件下,游离度在170mL左右时,酶法P-RCAPMP(木聚糖酶用量为12U·g-1)纸浆和常规法P-RCAPMP相比,前者的抗张指数、耐破指数分别比后者提高了23.2%、6.0%,纸浆返黄值(PC)减少了近30.6%;常规法P-RCAPMP纸浆和酶法P-RCAPMP纸浆均可用于配抄低定量涂布纸,但在生产相同定量的产品时,用酶法P-RCAPMP纸浆配抄而成的轻涂纸强度要更好一些。
The effect of xylanase preimpregnation on P-RCAPMP pulping properties was studied. The results showed that compared to the conventional P-RCAPMP, the P-RCAPMP (xylanase dosage 12U · g-1) pulp had higher freeness under the condition of 5.0% H2O2 and NaOH loading , The former’s tensile index and burst index increased by 23.2% and 6.0%, respectively, and the PC of the pulp decreased by nearly 30.6%. Both conventional P-RCAPMP pulp and enzymatic P-RCAPMP pulp were available In coping with low-weight coated paper, light-coated paper prepared from enzymatic P-RCAPMP pulp is better in producing the same amount of product.
