制盐工业的发展要求解决相应的耐蚀材料。由重庆钢研所研制的E_2钢,经在真空制盐介质中的实物试测表明,其耐蚀性比普通低碳钢(A_8钢)提高1~2倍。为探讨其耐蚀原因,我们对E_2钠实物试验的加热管进行了锈层分析。用金相显微镜、电子探针微区分析和X线衍射等方法进行、观察对比和研究。A_3钢内锈层比较疏松,有空洞和裂纹,与金属基体相接触处凹凸不平,有明显局部腐蚀坑。E_2钢中合金元素Al、Cr在内锈层中有富集,主要由α-FeOOH组成,而且连续致密,粘附性好。因此E_2钢锈层能起到阻挡层作用,从而提高了材料的耐蚀性。
The development of salt industry requires the solution of the corresponding corrosion-resistant materials. The E_2 steel developed by Chongqing Steel Research Institute shows that the corrosion resistance of E_2 steel is 1 ~ 2 times higher than that of ordinary low-carbon steel (A_8 steel). In order to explore the reason of corrosion resistance, we analyzed the rust layer of heating tube of E_2 sodium physical test. Metallographic microscope, electron probe micro-area analysis and X-ray diffraction methods were observed and compared. A_3 Steel rust layer more loose, there are holes and cracks, contact with the metal substrate at the uneven, there are obvious local corrosion pits. The alloy elements Al and Cr in E_2 steel are enriched in the inner rust layer, mainly composed of α-FeOOH, and are continuous and dense with good adhesion. Therefore, rust layer E_2 can play a barrier layer, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of the material.
